You know these questions.

"Why did spend jump last week?"

"Who changed the welcome flow?"

"Meta says £38k. Shopify says £25k. Which is it?"

Worse is finding out late: the flow that stopped sending, the best-seller Google disapproved, the expired code still in the welcome email. Nobody was asleep. There just isn't time to check every account, every week.

Now the platforms make changes of their own. Shopify Autopilot runs Meta campaigns and can spend past its target. Klaviyo Composer edits flows and segments while nobody is logged in. Neither reports to you. When something goes wrong, it's still your problem.

The page

Your Monday account review, done before you open a tab.

What broke

Disapproved ads with the flagged words, products Meta won't show, flows that stopped sending, expired codes in live emails.

What changed, and who did it

Last week's changes, including Autopilot's moves in Meta and Klaviyo edits nobody on your team made.

Why the numbers don't match

One sentence you can repeat to anyone who asks. It's usually tracking.

What to fix first

Three to five moves, each with an owner on your team.

Who it's for

Built for agencies. Just as useful in-house.

If you run brands for clients

Clients don't pay for reports. They pay for someone who's paying attention. The page comes to you first, never straight to your client. You add what only you know, and it goes out under your name.

If you run your own brand

No analyst needed. Lesnia reads the same four accounts every week and tells you what to fix first, with the money attached.

"Both said they couldn't tell anyone was paying attention any more."

Questions

We already use Triple Whale, Looker Studio or AgencyAnalytics.

Keep them. A dashboard shows numbers and waits for someone to spot the problem. This page arrives with the problems found, costed and assigned. When your attribution tool disagrees with Shopify, we tell you why instead of adding a third number.

Don't Shopify and Klaviyo's own AI tools already do this?

Each one sees its own platform and reports on its own work. Autopilot can't see Klaviyo or Google Ads. Composer can't see Meta or Google. Lesnia reads all four and tracks what changed in each. Nobody should mark their own homework.

Do I need permission to connect a store?

Not for your own. If you run the store for a client and your contract says new tools need sign-off, yes. Lesnia needs read-only access to Shopify, Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo, and reads order and customer data. We'll give you a data processing agreement, and a note to forward if you need one.

Who sees the page?

You, and anyone you add. If you run the brand for a client, the page comes to you first, and you decide what goes on to them, under your name.

How do I know the numbers are right?

Every figure shows its source and the query behind it, so you can check our work. If a source is down, that section says so and stays empty.

What if nothing's broken?

Then the number at the top is zero, and you have it in writing that the account is clean. We won't pad the page to look busy.

Next time someone asks what happened, you'll already know.
